RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLITICS
The following politics are request directly from the owner of the boats we work with, Andes Explorer is obligated to follow these politics.
CONFIRMATION:
In order to confirm the requested service for any reservation, the client(s) should make a deposit of 250 usd per person, at the moment of the confirmation. Andes Explorer accepts the responsibility of this deposit until the end of the month in which the reservation was confirmed; at the end of this month, Agency has to make this deposit with the monthly payments invoice.
CACELLATION:
1. - Any cancellation made after the confirmation date, has a penalty of 250 usd per person. This penalty may apply even if the cancellation is made one day after the confirmation.
2. - Cancellations made 181 y 120 Dias prior departures, have a penalty of $300 usd per person.
3. - Cancellations made between 119 days and 60 days prior departure, have a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the cruise.
4. - Cancellations made between 59 days and the day of departure, have a penalty of 100% of cost of the cruise.the total
5.- Flight Tkts Lima / Quito Cancellation 100% Penalty after issue the Tkts
RECOMMENDATIONS:
We recommend to all clients to hire an Insurance Service before they come to Ecuador.
It is preferred to arrive to Quito at least two days before the departure to Galapagos.
REMARKS:
When the passengers receive all the information and documents for their trip, those documents are completely under the responsibility of the clients.
