Day 1: CUSCO - WIÑAYHUAYNA - AGUAS CALIENTES At 05:40 hrs we pick up our passengers to take them to San Pedro, the central railway station, and ride the train for 104 km place of beginning of our previous long walk registry of data to accede to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. Day 2: AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHUPICCHU – CUZCO We'll take the first bus from Aguas Calientes to Machupicchu (at 6:30 a.m.) and arrive to Machupicchu after 25 minutes, here you'll have a guided visit about 2 1/2 hours aprox. An optional hike for the more energetic persons in the group would be to ascend Huaynapicchu, the pyramid-shaped peak that overlooks Machupicchu. After that we'll take the bus to go down to Aguas Calientes, where you can enjoy a relaxing bath at the local Hot Springs. In the afternoon we'll take the train at 3:55 p.m. to come back to Cusco, you'll arrive to Cusco train station at 8:30 aprox. Transfer to the hotel . (Breakfast).
